What we do

Four things. Done thoroughly.

We don't try to be everything. We focus on the accounting work small businesses and owners actually need, and we do it carefully, on time, with you in the loop.

i.

Tax Preparation & Planning

Personal, business, partnership, and multi-state returns. Planned quarterly, not thrown together in April. Most clients save more than we charge.

  • Individual & joint returns
  • Business entity returns (LLC, S-corp, C-corp, partnership)
  • Quarterly estimates & year-end planning
  • IRS audit representation
ii.

Monthly Bookkeeping

Clean books every month, reviewed by a CPA (not outsourced). You get monthly financials you can actually read, plus a quarterly review call to stay on top of your business.

  • QuickBooks Online or Xero
  • Monthly P&L and balance sheet
  • Expense categorization & cleanup
  • Quarterly strategy calls with your CPA
iii.

CFO & Advisory Services

For businesses doing $500K–$5M and growing. Budget modeling, cash-flow forecasting, board-ready reporting, and a real CPA in the room when you need one.

  • Fractional CFO (1–2 days/month)
  • Budget & cash-flow modeling
  • M&A and exit-readiness
  • Investor-grade reporting
iv.

Formation & Setup

New business? We set up your entity, file your EIN, register your state tax accounts, and get you on payroll the right way from day one.

  • Entity selection & formation (LLC, S-corp)
  • EIN & state tax registrations
  • QuickBooks setup & training
  • Payroll onboarding (Gusto/Rippling)
v.

Estate & Succession Planning

Working alongside your attorney, we structure your business and personal finances to pass cleanly to the next generation with minimal tax impact.

  • Generational tax planning
  • Trust & estate returns (1041)
  • Business succession modeling
  • Gift & wealth transfer strategy
vi.

Tax Problem Resolution

IRS notice in the mail? Back taxes owed? We'll talk to them so you don't have to. Honest assessment, realistic path forward, flat-fee representation.

  • IRS & state notice response
  • Back tax filing & representation
  • Installment plans & offers in compromise
  • Audit defense
Our Team

A small team. Same every year.

Three CPAs, two bookkeepers, one office manager. You'll work with the same person for the entire relationship. No seasonal staff, no one calling you from a call center.

FAQ

Questions before you call.

How do you compare to TurboTax or a cheap tax preparer?

Software and seasonal preparers handle straightforward returns fine. If that's what you need, you don't need us. We're for people who want a real CPA thinking about their situation all year — planning quarterly, spotting opportunities, and being there when the IRS sends a letter. Our clients typically save more in taxes than we charge.

What if I'm behind on my books or taxes?

Very common — and fixable. Many new clients come to us after 2 or 3 years of missed filings. We do a catch-up engagement, bring everything current, then put you on a clean monthly rhythm. No judgement, just a plan.

Do you work with my industry?

We focus on small businesses, professional-service firms, creative agencies, SaaS, trades, real estate investors, and freelancers. If your industry is outside those, we'll say so on our first call and refer you to someone better suited.

Can I keep my existing QuickBooks/Xero?

Yes, we work inside whatever system you already have. We can clean it up, restructure your chart of accounts, and take over ongoing bookkeeping — or you can keep doing it yourself and we'll just review monthly.

What does the first consultation cover?

Thirty minutes, free, no obligation. We'll ask about your business, your current situation, and what's keeping you up at night. You'll walk away with honest feedback about whether we can help, and what working with us would realistically look like.

Let's talk about your actual situation.
